Bake two 9" round cakes and freeze. When frozen, frost top of one cake and place on top of the second cake. Cover the cakes with white frosting. Cover edges and most of top of the formed cake with white mini-marshmallows.
Pile small part of icing in the middle of the cake for lamb's nose, eyes and ears. Place jellybeans on top for ears/ eyes and nose. Halve a black jellybean for nostrils and tongue. Add black jellybeans for hooves on edges of cake bottom.
